Burnout 3 trouble

Burnout 3 is a great game, but it really ticked me off that it only supports one wheel at a time. It doesn't make any sense to me, especially since the previous Burnout games allowed two wheels to be used simultaneously. Can anyone explain that? EA couldn't explain it to me. It sounds like EA's fault (usually is :P)

Does anyone know if the Xbox version supports 2 wheels to play simultaneouly?

The Xbox has wheels?

It's probably because of the way the game drives.. a wheel simply isn't the ideal controller to use on a game like that, so they didn't bother trying to make it work properly. And c'mon.. it's EA... do you really expect EA to go out of their way for their customers?

Hey don't bash EA they did nothing wrong... (Aside from getting EXCLUSIVE DEALS with some companies to Dominate some sports games... For their comfort... While insisting that it was good for the consumers... wtf?)

They probably got lazy, is what happened. Since the last game had it, Critereon was probably working on putting dual-wheel support in the game, but their new bosses probably came down and told them to stop so they could get the game out faster. Probably something along the lines of "Nobody owns two racing wheels, stop wasting our precious money!"

Just look at NFS:U2... "Frame rate?!? We don't need no stinkin' frame rate!!" - The result was a frame-rate so piss-poor that I nearly got motion sick when I popped in GT3 (and it's rock-steady 60fps) after playing NFS for a while.

Well, i just assumed the Xbox had some kind of 3rd party wheels for it, like madcatz or something. They do seem to have a lot of driving games.

Anyway, it was a real bummer because it's such a fun game. If it was just a mediocre game (like NFSU 2) i wouldn't care much if it didn't support two wheels, even though it still wouldn't make sense.
