Call of Duty Black Ops III Leaked - Treyarch Developed

I'm never disappointed with Treyarchs ability to make a great game, the beta has been great and I'm truly excited to play this game. A few things, 1) Paint shop is great, fully customizing your gun at every angle visually is so cool. 2) Gunsmith, It's not in the beta, but if you know about how cool it's gonna be to make your own weapon variant, with I believe 5-6 attachments only counting as one point on the pick ten system, that is awesome. Most people believe you'll be able to make one gun in the Gunsmith per prestige, meaning near the end you can have 10-15 of your own custom gun variants with the attachments you want. 3) The leveling system, I like the way you can see your XP and how close you are to ranking up in the pause menu again, that is a nice feature. It feels similar to Black Ops II, its not super easy but it's good that way. 4) Maneuverability, I absolutely love the new stamina bar, it feels good to know that there wont be a bunch of double jumping clowns coming down and stomping me :D But seriously, it's strategic, you need to have enough stamina if you're going to make a crazy rush type move. 5) Demolition is back and it feels great! I've always loved demo and how fast paced it is and i'm very glad its back. Another thing about the gameplay, I enjoy the top 3 scorers being showcased at the end, that's a much needed and appreciated feature 👍

Cheers to Treyarch for bringing CoD back. I called it a few years back but i'm also very excited for PS to finally be the chosen console for CoD as I've always played PS. PS4 is the new MLG console meaning if you're on PS4, we'll be getting Map packs first, we'll be running into a lot of Competitive players, youtubers, streamers, etc.

CoD: BO1 is my fav, with W@W a close 2nd. I don't know if I'll get this game for two reasons:

1) Wall running is going to be crazy-stupid in multiplayer, I dont want to scan for walls now too and then get killed by the guy right in front of me. It's bad enough with jokers running around with knives and subbies, now add wall running? Forget it 👎

2) CoD:AW REALLY cut the Hardcore mode off at the knees. No HC mappacks (must do the moshpit to play them) and HC mode is missing some of the other game modes. I only play HC mode because it's better imho, so if they continue to trim HC mode, it'll be the first CoD game I haven't bought since MW1.

I'm at minimum going to wait and watch some videos on HC mode to see what modes are available and more likely going to wait until the first mappack gets released. Then wait to see what HC maps come with it for HC mode. Plus, by then I can get the game a little cheaper, if I choose.

I personally am not am not a "huge" fan of Call of Duty, but I absolutely love zombie mode. It may not be what Call of Duty was originally about, but it always has been my favorite thing about Call of Duty since I first played Black Ops. (My first ever Call of Duty as a matter of fact) I never have cared for the rest of the game, just the zombies.

Black Ops 3 coming to 7th Gen consoles, but with missing features... Um.. Why?

Doesn't bother me, I wasn't planning on getting it for the PS3 anyway. After watching that video, it really has me pulling away from the PS3 version even further.

Well, that's a quite a "different" touch, but I have a feeling I may like it.

Okay, it's official, I am definitely getting this for the PS4! 👍

You could just send it in a PM. :P

Prophet's Glitch ability is awesome. And the Shieva can get OSK if you get a headshot with High Calibre. :D

I'm not sure on it. Maybe its the constant rubber banding I seem to be getting but I think that pistol is far to over powered that gets a one hit kill. Just seems silly, and there is no team balancing whatsoever, but I have put that down to being in a Beta.

I do like however the pace of it, and that the boosting stuff seems to be a bit of it, not an absolute essential, people zipping at a thousand miles an hour part of it.

I tried putting in the beta code for the X1 but it is not working. I know the beta is available next week for the X1, but it still doesn't seem to be registering properly. I try to sign in and it keeps saying my email is already used.

EDIT: Nevermind. I think it finally worked.

I don't plan to get this game for a while because when I get a Call of Duty game I like, I prefer to milk it for all it's worth before I get a newer one. I got Black Ops with my PS3 back in Christmas of 2010 and I played it a lot (Although I stopped for about 2 years for personal reasons, but later came back when I found out about hacks.) and I still manage to get a lot out if it even now. I just got Black Ops II over a month ago and I am already thoroughly enjoying it and I have yet to get the DLC, so it may be a while before I get this game, but it's definitely on my list for sure. 👍

I stopped buying CODs after MW2 because Activision do nothing about the online cheats. And they do nothing because there's another COD coming out so you can just buy that instead. Then it gets taken over by online cheats and they do nothing about them.

Trying to play for an evening is 30 minutes of matchmaking (more if you're a party of 4+), two or three lobbies of reasonable quality and 2 hours of cheats shooting you through walls or from under the map and lag.

Our usual group has started playing MW2 again of an evening and to be fair for a 5 year old game, it's just about as good as it has ever been. But the same still applies:

And these asshats were in the same lobby and on the same team - though they ended up teamkilling each other in some massively stupid cheat-off.

Is the beta available on PS3 and do I have to pre-order? I've never played FPS games before (Except for screwing around for 45 minutes in the BF4 beta, but never shooting any players), but I'd like to try this out. The futuristic style appeals to me and I hear you basically have the equivalent of a vinyl editor for your guns.

Today is last day, its only on PS4 mate.

PC and Xbox One beta starts Wednesday the 26th unless they start it early.

Also the PS4 beta is now open to everyone. Smart move by Treyarch, the more people stress testing the beta, the better it will be at launch.

Looking forward to checking this out Wednesday on the X1.

I played a couple rounds of the BO3 beta this morning and it is dang near identical to Titanfall in a good way. Actually a lot of fun. The wall running and booster pack setup along with a lot of very similar load outs to Titanfall. Ran very well with no problems at all. I will put some more time into it tonight and over the weekend.

I put a solid 2 and 1/2 hours into this last night and yes as I said above, it is dang near identical to how Titanfall plays. In a good way. I have not had this much fun in a COD mp game since WAW. BO3 is for sure going to be a day 1 purchase for me. So strange to hear those words from my mouth, but this game is fun. I am not any good at the mp but it is still very fun. Really enjoy the vertical gameplay and wall running that Titanfall has. Looking forward to the 4 player co-op campaign and zombie mode too. Finally a COD I enjoy again. :)

Guess what, Nuketown has been leaked by the Brazilian PlayStation Store as a pre order bonus.

edit - I forgot to mention that a crap ton of stuff got leaked due to someone going into the files for the PC version of the beta such as new weapons, the 9th specialist and Zombies related stuff (such as the title screen music).

Here's a video about the information on the leak (by MrDalekJD):

Let me get this straight, to play online, you need to select a character with special abilities. Sort of like TF2, right?

Yes sort of like TF2, BF4, and Titanfall. The classes start with almost nothing at all. The more you play, the more you unlock.

MW3 was the last one i bought, I have played them all at friends. Before COD:AW came out me and all my mates went back on MW2 and everyone was like wow this is miles better than anything since. Maps are better, the way it feels is better. Its just a better game. I would like to see cod go back to basics for us more mature players, I.e no stupid boost jumps or wall running, Basically MW1 with a bit f MW2 thrown in. I'd happily keep playing mw2 with just new maps and never get bored of it

That's because, more than any other franchise, Call of Duty has this weird culture where players place absolute value in their skill at playing - even when they have to openly and brazenly cheat in order to appear to be one of the top players. I have never seen it in any other franchise, though granted I don't play online all that much.

I put quite a bit of time into this beta over the weekend with friends and family on the X1. Even had another lan party. I hit level 25 yesterday. Overall I truly enjoyed this mp so far. And that is EXTREMELY rare for me to say about a COD game. It has so much in common with Titanfal with the booster packs and wall running, in a good way. Last time I had this much fun in a COD game was WAW. I generally spend my time capturing objectives in Domination mode. Never cared much about my K/D. Just focus mainly on objectives. Looking forward to the 4 player co-op campaign and 4 player zombie mode. The weapon customization is very good. I like the ability to use vinyls to paint whatever you want onto your weapons. Very similar to Forza vinyl system or Rock band vinyls system. Havent purchased a COD game since WAW, but this is for sure my next COD purchase.

I forgot to note that we had an issue online playing together but eventually restarted our X1's and then it was good again. So if you know of anyone having issues playing together, make sure their auto on is turned off, and have them restart the X1. Should be fine after that.

After Advanced Warfare where I just couldn't get used to the boost jumps and whatever other movements they had I have to say I really enjoyed this beta, the longer TTK meant I could usually see who was shooting me before I died and the slower boost jumps made landing shots easier.

I'm usually a CTF player but started to really enjoy the Safeguard mode, even had a moment where within the last 10 seconds I managed to disable the enemy robot just outside the objective with my War Machine leaving them to lose the round.

If any of you get a chance, check out my "Insane RC triple kill" video that I made last night on the X1. Just wow.

They won't have the weapon paint shop either.

Call of Duty
Fans should note that other features built to leverage the next generation hardware like the new Weapon Paint Shop and the new suite of eSports tools will only be available on Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
