Can someone help me figure this seat slider installation out?

I purchased this seat and slider combo: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Summit-Rac...-/393039162534?_trksid=p2349624.m46890.l49292

I received it today and I'm stuck on getting it together. The bolt that screws into the bottom of the seat is to thick to fit any of the holes on the slider. The other bolts it came with fit the slider but are to thin for the seat holes. Any have experience with these?
