Im just trying to freshen up this game again... Im looking for someone to make me a diablo bodied hybrid, thats really fast, with good turning and ****. You don't need to get into all the little details, but stuff like tires, engine, body, muffler, weight reduction... all that would be great. Im using codebreaker so I can take eithter hex or cb codes... Also what car should I have in the first spot to modify?

Usin an ZZ chasis on a Diablo ? Shame on you lil buddy... took a Viper chassis for my Nomad base, its turnin 590 mph on the TT... 400/m in just over 5 seconds

Whenever I go to race or to my garage i get a black screen. My ps2 doesn't freeze it can still be reset but it just doesn't do anything. Please tell me what to do, entering 59 lines of code takes a long time and i want to at least race the car once. Also are there anything I shouldn't do with the hybrid codes on? can i save my game and things like that. Im using cb version 5. im using the defalt "M" code that came on my codebreaker
 
god dam... it did have some effects... the name od the car showed up as diablo.... do you think it would work if i converted them to hex and used them like that? i know cb 5 can take hex... its all I use for socom codes.... any info thanks
 
Yeah, codes wont make your PS2 blow up *remoes bomb* :P. If it freezes dont worry, just restart. Happens when you screw up a code (obvious :) ). One of the reason why I got the Sharkport anyway...
 
chris00764, are U entering these all as 1 code? U should make a seperate code for each part, like:

CarBase- diablo_gt_00
2A93B76D - C4E472A0
2A9FB76D - E2D9BEFE

That way U can try a few codes at one time, and it will be easier to narrow down which codes are giving U problems. It's more than likely that when entering all those codes, U made a mistake or 2 and that's causing your problem. I'm reasonably sure that CB2s all use the same codes form V1 to V6, the difference is that the versions below V4 can also use GS2 codes.
 
I entered each part as a different code, and triple checked everything... i think once i get some time ill convert some of the main parts of the car to hex and try it... i just didn't have the time yet
 
I could be wrong, but U shouldn't have to convert them to hex. It doesn't make sense that CB would change the format of it's codes from V4 to V5. Have U tried just the engine code, or another single part? What is the (M) code U are using?
 
Im using the defalt "M" code that came with it loaded on the disc... I will try seperat parts some other time... although i know some of it worked... the cars name is diplayed on the bottom of the simulation page... and it said DIABLO... maybe I did enter a code wrong or something... But im pretty sure I checked every code 2 times
 
No they won't for a few reasons.

1st- those codes are in CB2 format, not AR2.

2nd-Even if they were in AR2 format, they are for NTSC, and U need PAL

3rd-The Diablo body does not exist in the Pal version, so if U entered the Pal/AR2 codes for it U would get all the Diablo parts with the body of a Mira or some small crap box.
