cant get nitrous to work..

Press R1 while your racing, you should feel / see it kick in

More noticable when your in driver seat view

Also make sure you have installed it in the settings before a race or before practicing.

is it actually useful for racing? i've yet to try it. most nitrous in games is just too lame

Nitrous is somewhat useful in the game, and it doesn't count against your A-spec points. It is completely out of place in a road racing context, but to each his own I guess.

oh yeah and make sure its on 100 lbs not on 50. Well if you want more boost that is ha.

It makes a world of difference when you use a 100 shot on a 130hp car. Sorta unrealistic that you can use it in races. In most real racing, nitrous is not allowed, other than drag racing.

hey i got it to work and that shiz is awsome on the road coarse when your up against guys who have more work done then you

it lasts for a long time and on the straights its awsome

i set mine about halfway or a tic or 2 above. it works great and lasts all race use it in any gear above 3 and it will make a impact on ur lap times for sure. side note:

you can buy comp controled nitrous which is activated by aplication of full throtle in a real car it lasts a long time too and doesn't cause significant engine wear if set corectly by a trained technition i have it in my STI at home set for a 35hp increase at full throtle works great but generally used in drag style racing not touring championships
