i'm interested to hear from other champcar fans (if any) about what they think about the potential new ownership (OWRS) of the series and the future of champcar racing.
Personally, this new ownership is taking too long. they have to get things done quickly so the series can be at full strength whne the opening race in mexico comes around. But once this occurs, i think champcar racing will start to gain strength.
Its strengths are that champcars have an international appeal and a big fanbase. once this hurdle is overcome, it should be promising. Also with the change of engine configurations (3L V10 instead of 2.65L turbo V8) more manufacturs will come on board
