its so adictive but does anyone have any cheats

There are no real cheats but to get a few players to you for free just use the editor before you start the game, it won't work with a saved game or you can go to add manager and become the manager of your next opponents and let them get hammered and you can put players on the transfer list and lower their value so you can get them easier. When you've done that just retire from management and your game is back to normal.
