I have something of a fondness for Czech cars. Tatras more than Skodas usually, due to the weirdness of the former, but this is a stylish enough car for its era, I like it a bit more than the contemporary (eh, slightly later) Renault we polled recently. Low cool to this little 2-door sedan. I don't know if I like the styling better on the convertible or not, I think the sedan's fascia is better but the convertible has better lines.

I didn't know of Skoda until they entered the World Rally Championship circa 2002. So therefore, I can't comment on any experience with any Skoda 2001 or earlier. Pretty cool car! Kind of cute in a way also. I will call Cool on this Czech car.

I'm going Meh, its nice because its old but not particularly attractive or interesting. Side note 50hp from an 1100 was 5hp more than VW were getting from the same size engine, when they bought Škoda in 1991.

I love 50s cars, and this is not the exception.
The sedan convinces me a bit more than the convertible. I still think that a SZ is more than I would like to give to this car, so High Cool.
