Crazy Taxi?

Mate a work thinks it's ok, as an after the pub thing.

Comments? Is it worth twenty quid or not?

While a "quid" doesn't mean anything to me, (I have no idea how much that is), it's an entertaining thing for a while. No, you are right, it's not an involved game, so it's definately an "after the pub" thing.

<shrug>

If I remember correctly, there's no multiplayer, so it's not as entertaining as some others for getting the boys together and playing.

Unless I'm wrong, and then I'll go back to my corner and lurk.

Well, I wouldn't take my word for it, I'm going by memory, and that has been known to lack a bit in the past. Just hunt around for an old review. It would tell you for sure.

when we used to go drunk bowling, we used to play crazy taxi in the arcade. it was pretty hard to get to the places on time when your half pissed.

A better game is running the taxi missions on GTA3, with the 'peds fight each other' and the 'Liberty City Survivor' cheats activated. Nothing better than sliding down the main street at Portland on your roof with the car on fire!
