Can anyone help with one from the Woodone Advan Nismo GT-R? I'm sure it's out there but I haven't been able to find it with the gtswiki search tool, partly because I don't know what it's called. It's the one in the middle I'm after.

I reckon it's possibly this:

トライ translates to 'Torai' (or 'Try'), and the logo looks similar...

Well, i don't know what is it because i don't speak Japanese, but i think you should try to search the name of the team and the name of the principal sponsor on the gts wiki search tool, because there are many people that post every single decal to make a replica livery(always super gt liveries).
When you find a decal for the livery that you want to do check the gallery of the guy that uploaded it, you might find all the decals you need.

I was wondering if anyone could help with the one logo just above the rear wheel arch. Is is it Bjornstad Bilas or Bjornstad Bil AS? Been looking for this decal for awhile now. Thank you.

Bjornstad Bil seems to be a car dealer in Norway.

Yeh I had a look, seems as if their a specialist dealer for Tuned or imported Nissan cars for Norway, possibly hence their logo being on the Amuse Carbon R. I just can't find an image of the original logo(featured on the Amuse Carbon) anywhere or in any of GTSWiki decal searches.

I have found the logo on an old webpage, but I am unable to trace and convert it, sorry...

Using the picture supplied by @ringkurier I made a single decal using a pretty close serif font and a stroke for the car outline.
