I want to know if you get something for doing so many missions of Vigilante, Firetruck, etc. and how many you got to do to get them. Just wondering.

I think you get certain bonuses - cabs up to a certain level gives a special type of cab somewhere, that sort of thing.
I think if you do the paramedic missions up to a certain level you get one of the health thingies at the savehouses.

100 cab fares unlocks new fast cab called the Borgnine, in the Harwood area.
50 ambulance missions you get health and power-ups at your hideout, 100 will give you an adrenaline pill.
30 fire engine missions in each island thats 90 in all, will unlock the flame thrower in your hideout.
40 vigilante missions in each island thats 120 in all. will unlock 2 police bribes at your hideout.
These are all taken from a magazine and I haven't tried them so theres no guarantee they will work.

yeah the cabs is right - i just did that 2nite the golden cab is "...bigger, faster and stronger..." to quote the game.
