The Production Super Touring Car Championship, or PSTCC, is managed by the Global Online Racing Organisation, or GORO. PSTCC is a touring car championship open to specifically homologated cars. See the Technical Regulations document for more information.
1.2 Regulations
The final text of these Regulations shall be the English version, which will be used should a dispute arise as to their interpretation. Headings in this document and other related documents are for ease of reference only and do not form as part of these Regulations.

1.6 Scoring
Points will awarded along the following scale:
Championship ties will be resolved by:
- 1st = 100
- 2nd = 95
- 3rd = 90
- 4th = 85
- 5th = 80
- 6th = 75
- 7th = 70
- 8th = 65
- 9th = 60
- 10th = 55
- 11th = 50
- 12th = 45
- 13th = 40
- 14th = 35
- 15th = 30
- 16th = 25
Championship ties will be resolved by:
- highest number of wins, failing that,
- highest number of second places, failing that,
- highest number of third places,
- ...and so on...
1.7 Championship
The title of PSTCC Drivers’ Champion will be awarded to the driver that has accumulated the highest amount of points over the season.
The title of PSTCC Teams’ Champion will be awarded to the team that has accumulated the highest amount of points over the season.
The title of PSTCC Manufacturers’ Champion will be awarded to the manufacturer (and drivers involved) that has accumulated the highest amount of points over the season.

Competitors may put their own advertising decals on the car, subject to compliance with these Regulations.

The advertisement or suggestive advertisement of any company that manufacture, re-trade, sale or distribute either alcohol or tobacco products is also strictly unauthorised.

Once Scrutineering/Parc Ferme has concluded, all drivers will then be given the green flag over in-game chat. Drivers are then permitted to leave the pit lane and start setting laps to determine their grid positions for the races.
Qualifying will last a maximum of 10-minutes at every event.

The grid for both races will be determined by qualifying in the following format:

There are two races at each event, both lasting a maximum of 30-minutes.
Each race will have the rolling start procedure.
In the event that a car gets either stuck on the grid or, stuck in auto-drive, must immediately notify everyone
via the in-game chat. Everyone must then back out of the race to the lobby screen. The affected driver(s) must then exit the lobby and restart their PlayStation 4 systems (this is the only known fix for the issue) and then re-join the lobby as soon as possible.
Once everyone is back in the lobby and is ready, the race will be restarted once the grid order is fixed by the host.

19:45 - Qualiying finishes/5 minute pre-race break.

2.8 Pit Lane
On both pit entry and pit exit, the solid white line defining the dedicated lane for entry and exit into the pit lane will serve as the maximum limit for cars entering and exiting the pits. Crossing these lines will trigger an instant 10-second penalty.
Competitors are responsible for submitting correctly completed entries prior to the closing date before each event. Incorrect or incomplete entries are to be held in abeyance until they are complete and correct.

The maximum number of cars that can take part in either Qualifying or the Race is 16 (sixteen).
All entries can include a reserve driver.

Upon the lobby opening, practice for all drivers will immediately begin.
Practice will last a maximum of 30-minutes to allow all the drivers to be in the lobby before scrutineering and qualifying.

Scrutineering/Parc Ferme is a 5-minute period between practice and qualifying where the host and steward(s) check the performance of each car as well as the legality of the liveries.

The following infringements will incur penalties as follows:
Repeated offenses across multiple events will result in more severe action being taken against the guilty drivers.
- Crossing the solid white lines defining maximum driving limit of pit entry and pit exit (10-second post-race time penalty).
- Failing to perform at least one pit stop during all races (20-second post-race time penalty).
- Regularly having more than two wheels exceeding the white lines, and kerbs, defining the maximum driving limit of the circuit (10-second post-race time penalty minimum).
- Intentionally causing collisions with other cars (instant disqualification and exclusion from the series).
- Failing to pass Scrutineering/Parc Ferme based on the livery regulations (see article 2.3).
- Failing to pass Scrutineering/Parc Ferme based on the technical regulations (see article 2.3).
Repeated offenses across multiple events will result in more severe action being taken against the guilty drivers.
3.1 Sporting Disputes
The Championship Organiser reserves the right to impose further penalties on teams/competitors proven by the Officials or a submitted report, to have behaved on or off the track in a manner considered likely to bring the Championship into disrepute. Penalties may include individual race bans, loss of points or end of season awards. In the case of repeated offences, or extremely severe offences, the Organiser reserves the right to exclude any team/competitor for a fixed number of races or the whole Championship.
3.2 Incident Reports
All drivers are eligible to submit incident reports via a messaging service (such as GTPlanet or Facebook) to the steward(s).
