Just wondering who everyones favorite character in the game is...I just can't get enough of The Truth, that guy is a riot...wish I had an Avatar of him ! đź‘Ť

Maccer!, the guys just such a retard.

Also just to add, i was going over in my head the other day, thinking of which characters have appeared in all the games, and the only ones i could think of were Lazlow and Fernando, both of which you don't see.
Does anyone know of anymore?.

Actually, Woozie is number one now...he is just so damn cool...plus in that one mission he keeps banging into the wall...thats great !

I really like Woozie, his cool.

Lazlow is really good radio station person, his funny.

The Truth kicks ass. He'd probably be my favorite. Then Woozie.

Woozie : "One of the chips is a fake."
CJ: "That's amazing. How could you tell?"
Woozie: "Why else would he come running in here and through two chips on the table and say somethings wrong.

My god that was funny.

lol, nearly as funny when he says his memoriesd the plans for the hiest and he runs into the wall lol, "they must of changed the plans"

Wu Zi Mu is my favourite by far. Cesar is up there as well. The Truth is okay. Catalina is funny, but annoying.

But Woozie. Fo' Sho'.

Jimmy Enslashay
But Woozie. Fo' Sho'.
Woozie was the only character I found really funny. I loved the scene RancidMilk mentioned already.

And the scene where he's playing blackjack with CJ is funny too.

Woozie: What score do I have?
CJ: Not good man, 47!
Woozie: You're bad luck Carl! <blah about playing well against his lackies>

Seeing him run into a brick wall when trying to navigate tha casino during the heist was funny too.

Yeah. I just found everything with him a laugh, but nothing was done over-the-top. That's what I liked about him. And I like how Rockstar didn't make him good at everything. Like with the Heist. He had absolutely no idea of what to do, which is a first in a GTA game. Usually all of the crime bosses know exactly what they want to do with everything. I just think Rockstar did a brilliant job with Woozie.

yeah, he was funny and seemed like a down to earth guy, that wasnt up himself and respected CJ. i liked him

The Truth was kind of funny as well. Some of his bizarre conspiracy rants about aliens and the government wer funny.
The Truth: What would say Carl if I told you that <aliens, government, conspiracy etc.>
CJ: I'd say you just popped another microdot man!
The Truth: Good, you believe that.
The above wording is wrong, but the general idea is right.

Also, I didn't really like Cesar too much as a character, but he had one of my favourite lines in the game:
Cesar: <asks CJ something>
CJ: Does the pope **** in the woods man?
Cesar: I don't know man! Why you keep asking me that? Where his holiness does his business is his business!
I can't remember the exact wording, but it was funny. It was the 2nd or 3rd time that CJ said "Does the pope **** in the woods?"

Mike Toreno was cool as well. James Woods was great doing his voice.

KM.

Yeah, I like Mike Toreno. He was just mysterious, and he had his funny moments.

Toreno: Oh it's nothing really. I just want you to stow aboard a Naval Ship, kill some Navy guys, steal a Military Fighter Jet and blow up a few things for me...piece a' cake.

I liked Cesar. He was loyal, which I liked in him the most. I like a couple of things he said.

Cesar: That's my baby girl, that's her right there...
CJ: Yeah, you chose her, I'm stuck with her.

On the subject of game characters, does anyone else think that Tenpenny was very similar to Denzel Washington's character in Training Day?

A cop whose job is meant to be arranging peace deals between inner city gangs but who's a vicious corrupt, manipulative thug at heart?

I think both characters are based on a famous case of ultra-corruption in the C.R.A.S.H unit of the LA Police in the early to mid 90s though, so it might be just a coincidence.

KM.

I see a lot of similarities, too. Training Day is one of my favourite movies, so I can pick similarities. Although, Alonso (Denzel's character in Training Day) doesn't settle peace between gangs, and he isn't in the C.R.A.S.H Unit. He's a Narcotics Detective, but I see what you mean. I think they are both takes on the major corruption in the LAPD.

But they are both very similar in some ways, but do differ in a fair few ways.

No, but I think the movie was based on the famous case of a very corrupt group of C.R.A.S.H. cops from LA.

Also, although Ken Rosenberg in Vice City was obviously based on David Kleinfeld from Carlito's Way, in San Andreas he's more based on Fredo from The Godfather, a coward and a weasel who's sent by the mafia to run one of their Las Vegas casinos.
