What it does:
it tricks GT3 into thinking that you've driven it for enough miles, and gotten the oil change, and you have the final HP reading on the car. EX:Civic 3 Door-HP after sup up+oil change=379
HP after code=391
How to use it:
When you load up the code, the car in the first slot already has the code working on it. Now you can buy a car, buy all of the parts and oil change, and then save game. Load up the game again and the code will be working on that car. This code does save on the game, so you don't have to load the code for every car again. On some cars, it seems to start working on the car as soon as you get an oil change.
