Fitness Test for my Club Footy Team

I was at footy training today nad we had to do a fitness test, well not really a test, just a heap of runs, sit ups, ect.

First off was a 50m run. Next there were two blocks about 10 metres away from each other. We had to lie down face first inline with one of the blocks, then when the coach said go, run up to the block 10 metres away, pick it up, come back to the other block, put the block we were carrying on the ground, pick up the other one, run 10 metres forward again, put that block there (basically a block swap), then sprint back to the start. Then we had to see how many pushups we could do in 5 minutes. I did 111. After that there was some kind of longjump thing, where we had to have our toes inline with one of those blocks, and jump as far as we could (no run-up) and finally there was a 1.6km jog from the footy field to Maccas (McDonalds).
