Ford Mustang Mach III Concept 1992

This is the 1992 Mustang Mach III Concept, probably the most familiar concept Mustang. This two-seater roadster was created to spark interest before the release of the 1994 Mustang. It has a supercharged 4.6L 4v V-8 with 450-horsepower, 440 ft-lbs. of torque, a top speed of 180 mph, a 0-60 time of 4.5 seconds, and a 1000-watt stereo system.

If you were after the green one in particular (which was the final remaining model), it sold at Christie's Auction in 2002 for $491,500!
It's probably worth even more now - so start saving.

It does look nice in green. Looking at the Ford racing screenshots I now remember that the vehicle models weren't its strong points...

Would never have guessed.

It might just be the silver color but it reminds me of the Mazda Kusabi, if only a little bit.

A strange little 200cc car. Can't believe it hasn't been suggested by somebody... yet.


It seems @JockeP22 the photo was from a special Ford concept/prototype liquidation sale at Christie's. Where, as I mentioned above, they sold the green Mustang.
There are a lot of unusual vehicles in the background - over to Famine for those though!
