That looks like a Volkswagen Arteon :) It looks to me like Kurkuma Yellow Metallic, which I already did a while ago, but I could be wrong. It could be a different color entirely for all I know haha
It’s that car but don’t know about the color name.

I’ve made a change of plans and went to Lego Valley earlier. Word of warning, there are a lot of colours to go through, including the AC Cars colours and requests from @Kyusha, @GrimReaper90 and @mapphew - all remaining colours completed. That being said, I still plan to work on Tiffany Blue (Teckwrap) as requested by @Thibaud29 along with Golden Dragon (Apollo) by @488fh. Golden Dragon is going to take some time to do, but I'm hanging in there!

Now that winter has come and gone, it is time to get back to the paint booth. Today I've got a couple colors of my own, plus some requested ones.

Calypso Coral (Ford, Mercury)

Paint Type:
Normal (Gloss)
- Paint Color: 0.02R, 0.84L, 0.97L

Corporate Yellow (Ford)

Paint Type:
Normal (Gloss)
- Paint Color: 0.15R, 1.00R, 1.00R

Petty Blue (Plymouth)

Paint Type:
Normal (Gloss)
- Paint Color: 0.55L, 0.96R, 0.85R

Just going to repost this since the posts were a bit busy when I originally posted it
-
I'm back with a new duo of factory colors, this time a mixture of manufacturers.

Renault
Moonlight Blue
View attachment 877413
Thought this color would be fitting since the R26R was added via the eliminator recently.

And finally,
Nissan
Midnight Purple LP2
View attachment 877412
Now,the other Midnight Purple is very difficult and can't even be done in this game but since this one just has a purple pearlescent it'll be a lot easier.

And now, that is the final color for now,as usual thank you all for your assistance.
-Kyusha

Midnight Purple LP2 (Nissan)

Paint Type:
Two-Tone Polished
- Base Color: 0.65L, 0.78R, 0.20L
- Highlight: 0.87L, 0.46R, 0.41L

Moonlight Blue (Renault)

Paint Type:
Metal Flake
- Base Color: 0.61L, 0.76R, 0.28L
- Flake Color: 0.58L, 0.73L, 0.58R

566a22cb-d0a8-481f-bd19-05e081a9941f.jpg

hi, I can not determine the color of it?

( techwrap: cg11 Tiffany )

Tiffany Blue (TechWrap USA)

Paint Type:
Normal (Gloss)
- Paint Color: 0.50L, 0.98L, 0.77R

Simply looking at this color, in real life or in-game, would tell you that it is a gloss paint color. That is true, sort of. The material that holds the color is in fact glossy in appearance instead of being semigloss, satin, matte, or some kind of two-tone. But technically, this is not a "paint" color in the sense that most others in this thread are. It is a wrap color, like Rainstorm Grey or Lapis Blue Viachrome. However, most people would just take the aforementioned values and use them for the normal paint type. There is nothing wrong with that; it is perfectly acceptable. What I have done with my car, which is about 99.99% indistinguishable in this picture, is I have painted the car black, then covered it in vinyl layers fine tuned to the values of the official color. Maybe I am being to technical, but I favor accuracy and completeness. That's one of the reasons why I mess with manufacturer color replication in the first place.

Hey guys, I've come back with three more interesting paints that I came across in my time on internet this week.

The first one is an apparently very rare P1, with it being the only one in this specific color called Fusion Green Pearl 3, It's for sale too, it can be yours for only $1.5 Million.
images

Next is a Mercedes Benz AMG GT 4-door Coupe in Designo Brilliant Blue Magno

18C0771_064.jpg

And lastly, one that I'm not really sure if it's on the list, but it the Jaguar XE Project 8 in Valancia Orange. I actually saw this car in this color at an auto show in 2018, and it was absolutely stunning. The reason why I'm not sure if it's on the list is that BMW has a Valancia Orange, but I'm not sure if it's the same exact one or not.

BMW's and Jaguar's versions are different. I actually have plans to do both. The Jaguar color is mostly done; I will finalize it tomorrow and also do the BMW color. I'll post both here tomorrow. Maybe I could look into your other requests as well.

Thanks man, I appreciate it. Surprisingly enough, Jaguar has another color for the Project 8 called Velocity Blue, which is the name of a Ford color as well. That one I could see being used by both Jaguar and Ford, seeing as Ford once owned Jaguar, but they look slightly different to me.

It’s possible, but I’ll check if there is a paint code for Jaguar to confirm this.

Long time no see. I had an extra DBS and Vanquish Zagato in my garage after the holidays, and I decided to replicate some cool specs. Buckinghamshire Green is a 90s color that recently made a comeback, courtesy of the Q program. Carribean Pearl was already listed, but it didn't look right to me - so I redid it from scratch.

Can Someone Make Abyss Blue Or Thunder Grey For The New Alpine Please
I have got the colours available for the new A110 planned, some of which I have a baseline for. I'll be on tomorrow and see what I can do with these colours, even if there are no paint codes for them at this time. Until these paint codes are available, they'll be have to be recreated with the naked eye, or the colour samples in the brochure are used instead. We'll see how things go.

I noticed all of the colors I did on page 24 weren't added to the chart yet :( Why is that? Also, I'm currently working on more colors as we speak :)

Paint Type:
Metal Flake
- Base: 0.65L, 0.82R, 0.55L
- Flake: 0.65L, 0.93R, 0.78L

Sorry. I'll add those now. I assumed @Mitcho2001 would add them since he was active on here a lot around that time. I never checked to see if he actually did that. You know what they say about assuming...

Could someone make Giallo midas for the lambos please?

I was actually planning on doing that color anyway at some point. I'll get on it here in a bit.

EDIT: @MadaraxUchiha, I added all of your colors from page 24 as well as today. Also, @curtis 1-8-7, I did your request.

Mulsanne Blue (Chevrolet)

Paint Type:
Metal Flake
- Base Color: 0.57L, 1.00R, 0.65L
- Flake Color: 0.55L, 0.96R, 0.90L

Chevrolet's Mulsanne Blue was called Stratomist Blue by Buick and General Motors, Bright Blue by GMC, Viking Blue by Oldsmobile, and Lucerne Blue by Pontiac.

I plan on finishing the livery for the Jaguar Project 8 Nürburgring record car. I have the images I need to make the Leaping Cat decal and the Project 8 logos, but, in the interest of time, I did not make those logos for this picture. I plan on making them and finishing the livery, I just don't know when.

Giallo Midas Tri-Coat (Lamborghini)

Paint Type:
Normal (Gloss)
- Paint Color: 0.11R, 1.00R, 0.96L

This is a hard color to replicate accurately. Like Grigio Telesto, it is a multi-layer paint color that depends on lighting differences and other factors to show properly. It is not quite gloss, semigloss, metallic, or two-tone, so that makes replicating it difficult. Also like Grigio Telesto, I did this color as a gloss color. This is because any other paint type I used looked very inaccurate. If anyone wants to try this on their own, feel free to do so.

I believe I owe you a massive apology, @MadaraxUchiha. I could have sworn they were added at the time, but that turns out to not be the case. Honestly, I’m really annoyed about that now. :ouch:
This is something I’m committed to, and I failed to do something rather important. I’ve done it for a long time now and I never forgot about those colours. Cutting to the chase, I’m sorry that I didn’t add them all into the correct spreadsheet.
(Yes, I understand I’m beating myself up over this, but I probably deserve it.)

I was looking through some Hot Wheels and Matchbox colors, and I realized something. Hot Wheels and Matchbox share paint colors, as both brands are owned by Mattel. Tomorrow, I'll change the current Hot Wheels colors to Mattel branding. For any Hot Wheels or Matchbox colors that anyone posts here, label them as Mattel. That's what I plan on doing.

Thank you @Mitcho2001 and @JaCor653 for the doing those paint colors! They look great! Now if only I had $1.5 million so I could buy that P1 in real life.... But seriously, you guys all do an amazing job here, and I always look forward to any updates to see what gorgeous colors come out. On a weird side note, and this may be a glitch or I'm just going insane, but after putting the blue that Mitcho did for the AMG Merc, I noticed that when it rains, the material of the paint changes from a two-tone semigloss to a metal flake like look. I'm not sure if it's a glitch, the resolution on my tv, or my mind just playing tricks on me. Whatever the case may be, it made me think I had accidentally chosen the wrong paint material.
