Fun fact: this color was referred to as "Swedish Racing Green" by volvo interns as an inside joke mocking the famous "British Racing Green"

That's close to the truth. I made Swedish Racing Green a while back, based on a logo or something that said that. It included the color with the values that I used for SRG. SRG is not exactly the same as Rebel Blue; it is slightly more greenish.

Hi, I have a few color requests. I didn't saw them in the spreadsheet but I hope I've not missed them.

PS : Just an idea (Don't take it too seriously, it's just a though), what about pictures in the spreadsheet ?

Those are great reference pictures. Thanks for taking the time to make sure these colors hadn't been done. I'll do them and post them with my next batch of colors, most likely tomorrow. Also, regarding pictures in the spreadsheet, we've talked about it here. Even if we did the simplest way possible, it would still be a ton of work. The longer we put it off, the more work it would be.

Not sure if these mustang colors have been done or not but Here are some requests
Wimbelton white Mineral Grey

Ok, first of all, it is called Wimbledon White; not Wimbleton White. Second of all, @Mitcho2001 and I have done afew versions of that color for both Ford and AC Cars. You would know that if you checked the spreadsheet, and I know you didn't check it for that same reason. Regarding Mineral Gray, I don't believe it has been done yet. I am at work right now and I cannot check the spreadsheet myself. If it has been done, then I won't do it again, of course.

Wimbelton white
Mineral grey
Windveil blue
Performance white
Torch red
Sonic blue
Screaming yellow
Red fire clearcoat
Legend lime
Rio red
Electric green
I have done quite a few of these colors myself a long time ago and they're all on the chart. As @JaCor653 already mentioned, please check the chart before making any requests. I haven't seen you make requests here before so maybe you're unsure of the rules or how it works.

Edit: Please stop requesting colors until you check the chart. I see you just added two Corvette colors to your request, and those have both been on the chart for a very long time.

@Drunkstuntman I'll do Legend Lime Metallic since it's not on the chart, and @JaCor653 can do Electric Green if he wants to since it's not on the chart either.

I don't see why we shouldn't, if the colors have actual names an paint codes/chips. We do want this to be the ultimate Forza paint color database, after all.
But other than the one tractor we have in the game, what are the odds of them adding more farming vehicles? I don’t think they’re going to. If you want to do the colors you can, but I’m not going to use my energy or time making them when I have more than enough colors to do from the other car manufacturers.

Wacky projects like that are kind of up my alley, so we'll see...

got couple colors. one for pontiac one from plymouth... not sure about them being accurate or not... but they were seen in movies. kinda nice colors for the cars.

first of the gto. saw this in xXx movie apparently color is called Blueberry Blass (this is a custom color for sure)
97206_Front_3-4_Web.JPG

and the one from plymouth called copper. (from fast 7) was in fh2 presents fast and furious... could this be burnt orange? i think its already in the spreadsheet

Yeah, that's what I thought, going through all the posts to retrieve all the pictures and then matching them with their color in the chart would be very tidious and time consuming. Anyway, that was just an idea. I'd rather browse PaintRef to save you some extra (and unnecessary) work, given you all already done so much to recreate those colors and make this chart.

Got some more colours done today, redoing just under half of this load. Felt a bit like going to (mostly) Germany with this one...

I've noted that Austin Yellow (BMW) is already in the speadsheet, but am unaware if this was done prior to my version. For the time being, what's there will stay there until confirmation.

@MadaraxUchiha, I did not do that color. I have no record of it in my spreadsheet, and the first time it comes up in the forum search is today, when @Mitcho2001 posted his version. I had a feeling that might have been the case. Even though I searched through the thread and the individual lists (where it was absent), I didn’t recognise the values in the public spreadsheet. Though I did come across one of my own posts where I mentioned reworking Austin Yellow, but I figured I should check before I change anything in the spreadsheet.

I added more colors to the chart today :)

@Drunkstuntman I'm going to make a kind suggestion: don't. We already have enough talented people making contributions to the chart and I don't think we need any more. The work that me, @JaCor653 and @Mitcho2001 do is more than enough and satisfactory. We already know what we're doing, and sadly I'm not sure if you'd be up to par with what we do. There are others who are amazing such as @Clytius but he doesn't contribute often.

Rose red JR Motorsports is wrong because ive type in the correct numbers and i keep getting silver @JaCor653

I put the saturation at zero instead of one for both the base and the flake. The real values are:

Paint Material: Metal Flake
- Base Color: 0.00L, 1.00R, 0.52R
- Flake Color: 0.00L, 1.00R, 0.79R
