@jstn_m The color itself is purple but it desaturates when exposed to light and becomes more pinkish. Actually, if we were really splitting hairs, it's in-between purple and magenta.

I think your flake needs to be lighter color and possibly closer to pink. Notice how your reflections look a little dull next to the photo posted earlier. On the other hand it's possible the version we had is not that accurate either, though the light source on the beach is different from the one in the car show.

Nobody asked for this, but I always wanted a 911 Turbo in this color, and it wasn't in the database, so here is the (rather elusive) Porsche color 260, which was sold under many names: Apple Green, Sebring Green, Daphne Green, and on the Italian market only, "Verdino".

Porsche Apple Green (260)(S)
0.21R 0.95L 0.87R

That is absolutely gorgeous and I think I’ll have to use it on my Porsche :)

Hi, guys. I’m new to this thread and want to say that all colors that you recreate looks astonishing in game.
My favorite one is Verde Gea & Oro Electrum (Lamborghini Sian), it looks so gorgeous on my Aventador J completed with golden rims. So, I would ask, if someone could recreate a color of new BMW M8 GranCoupe? It’s called Ametrin Metallic in BMW Individual catalog.

@JaCor653 Would you say this one is improved over the purple already available for the Diablo or too close to call?

I take it the Mustang is a design, right?

SE30 Purple is already on the Diablo in-game, but it is very wrong. Too light, too pink, and not metallic enough. The Mustang is a design. It is a replica of the 1965 convertible version with side stripes.

I suspect there's lots of other colors in this situation. Giallo Modena doesn't look very accurate to me either, though it seems it also got hit by the yellow glitch, as Fayence Yellow did.

UPDATE:
As it is Winter again, I'm not working on any colours myself. However I am still taking on your own colours and adding them to the spreadsheet, which I have done with the most recent submissions. I'm heavily considering reworking some of the earlier colours added as most of them have the same values (for Metal Flake), so that may be my main focus for the time being. But new additions will keep coming in since that is my main priority, so expect a few more days in regards to the delay for now.

It seems like that might be the case, since there are quite a number of colours that look quite off compared to what they did in previous titles. I could list a few more, but Fayence Yellow is what stands out the most.

Thought I'd give it a shot:

Fire Knight (Nissan Concept 2020 Vision GT) - Semigloss

S: 0.91L

You’ve done an awesome job with these colors :) Thank you very much! If you could try to figure out that Salève Vert color, that would be great :D

I’ve finally come up with the Lamborghini Sian color, and I’m pretty proud of this :) I have some other new colors to show as well, but I have to delete designs to make room for them :/ I’ll show them when I’ve done that.

Verde Gea & Oro Electrum (Lamborghini Sian)

Paint Type: Two-Tone Semigloss
- Base: 0.13L, 0.47R, 0.75L

Getting this color was an absolute bitch xD

As it happens, I was actually planning to do that color. I'll start working on it.

*EDIT*

Viola Parsifae (Lamborghini)

Paint Type:
Metal Flake
- Base: 0.78L, 1.00R, 0.53L
- Flake: 0.82R, 1.00R, 1.00R

@Mitcho2001, I don't think you added these two colors to your spreadsheet. You might want to.

Here’s Rosso Fiorano :)

Rosso Fiorano (Ferrari)

Paint Type:
Metal Flake
- Base: 0.00L, 0.67R, 0.47L
- Flake: 0.00L, 0.67R, 0.47L

I don’t have anymore space for paints unless I delete them so I took this in the paint screen.

Slightly off-topic for a moment:
I'm not entirely sure if this was mentioned here, but if you take the Aluminum Polished (the really shiny one), and adjust the values to be 0.00, you get a really sexy and shiny black. I have it on quite a few of my cars and it looks awesome. I compared it to Two-Tone Polished Black and Normal Black, and the difference is night and day.

That’s a good shot at it, though it looks too pale; lacks some saturation. I tried recreating it myself and got three results that could possibly work out. Though I’m stuck on what I think may be the best option from them...

Even though I don’t have the values noted somewhere at the moment, I still have them and will put them in soon... hopefully. I’m almost thinking the darker Metal Flake example might suit it best, but I’m going to need some input from you all. And like I said, I don’t know what is the best for Rosso Fiorano here.

I had another go at Rosso Fiorano and this is what I came up with:

Rosso Fiorano (Ferrari)

Paint Type:
Metal Flake
Base: 0.00L, 0.49R, 0.46L
Flake: 0.00L, 0.49R, 0.46L

Hello, I just came across this color for the 2012 Vanquish and couldn't find it anywhere. Could anyone recreate it or if it was recreated point me in the right direction? Thanks

I did Grabber Lime and so did @JaCor653 a long time ago. Those are already in the chart.

@GTvsForza You didn’t specify what kind of paint jobs they are. Are they standard (gloss) paints?

@Mitcho2001 has already added these to his chart. However, they are all supposed to be metal flake except for 26.2/Sunflower Yellow. Maybe @Mitcho2001, yourself, or myself could fix @GTvsForza's colors.

EDIT: From top to bottom, here are the names of the colors @Gotbeefboy564 has posted:
- Kona Blue (already in the spreadsheet)
- Grabber Lime (already in the spreadsheet, two versions)
- Rapid Red Metallic Tinted Clearcoat (not in the spreadsheet)
- Twister Orange Tri-Coat (not in the spreadsheet)
- Performance Blue (already in the spreadsheet)

I didn't know what type of color they were, so feel free to fix them.

Your versions of Marathon Grey and Electrolyte Green are nearly identical to the samples provided by paintref.com. That doesn't mean they're accurate to real life; it just gives me a bit of an idea of what you may have done to get samples of the colors.

If you mean Triathlon Gray, I looked at a reference for it and it looked more solid:

I don't know, these look pretty metallic.

Metallic paint colors tend to look rather solid in cloudy or low-light conditions. That's why I always use sunny pictures for my references.
