Haha, there's a somewhat similar pic that was famous here in Brazil a few months ago. The girl took a picture of herself in front of the bathroom mirror and posted it on Orkut (a kind of myspace), but she didn't realize you could see her mom taking a dump in the back.

I thought of posting it here but you can kind of see the mom's boobs so it's a no no for GTP.
