Very little chance that's real, unless it's specifically running windows. There's just too much bad publicity at stake for the higher ups at microsoft to own a single apple product unless it's to prove a point.
If it's real, the entire audience would see OSX when the presentation was brought up or shut down or a single OS message popped up during the presentation. There's just no way.
