Getting PS3 Internet Via Wi Fi Hotspot to NAT 2.

Been playing around with my new phone which has stupendous upload and download speeds courtesy of a 4G network. It is connected to PS3 (just testing things) yet comes on as NAT 3.

Can this be fixed to a NAT 2 type?
