When I'm not making videos, I'm usually messing around with the photo mode, so I'm hoping to fill this thread with some high quality pictures until... well, until I get bored... but with 700+ cars, that's not bound to happen.

First up... the wonderful 1970 Celica 1600 GT.

Not bad, but you can do much more editing. Nice start to your gallery though. Check out my gallery if you get the time, you might get some ideas.

I really like the ideas. They are pretty original and well excecuted. The celica looks pimp with those rims and the cleaning.

Nice pics, but the celica pic, and the celica pic in the 2.0 comp are a bit pixelated. Maybe you need to sharpen less or something.

I really like the T pic man, great idea for it too. 👍 May I ask where it is taken? :)

Strange that you mention that. If I sharpen at all, it's just once under a transparent/blurred dodge layer... and I think it looks a heck of a lot better than some of the fluffy cotton candy pics floating around. Good photographs should be crisp... perhaps it's an issue with resolution.

I don't know what resolution most of you run, but I suppose if it's lower than 1600x1200, they might appear pixelated without resizing. Either way, a lot of pictures around here really bug me... everything is overly softened, all of the lines are anti-aliased into oblivion... not realistic to my eye at all... so I'm trying to stay away from that.

Oh, and the Model T is at the Grand Canyon. :)

I got a resolution of 1024*768, but I don't think that can be a reason of the pics being pixelated, because I enlarge them even if the pics are bigger than 1024*768. The ford model T pic has no pixelation at all AND it looks pretty real, so you don't have to edit the pics like the celica pics to get a pretty realistic result. But I like the pics crisp, if they're not pixelated too. Just my opinion on it ya know. :)

Hahah... the Model T shot is purposely blurry for the antiquated look. :D

And if your resolution is that low, that's definitely the reason for the pixelated look. The Celica pic takes up nearly your entire screen, whereas it only covers about 1/4 of mine. I'd have to open it and zoom in 2x to see roughly what you see... and you'd have to resize it 50% smaller to see roughly what I see. :)

Very nice stuff!! The Model-T is pretty clever. If you have some spare time feel free to drop by my gallery and have a look around
