Unless I assume that 'Gran Turismo Concept: 2001 Tokyo (PlayStation2 the Best)' is Tokyo - Seoul. Is this the case or does this title contain additional cars that the others don't.

Gran Turismo Concept: 2001 Tokyo was the first GT Concept to come out and was only for sale in Japan.

Gran Turismo Concept: Tokyo-Geneva 2002 was the European version and it had more cars and a couple of other new things. (like the Japanese GTC intro)

Apart from that they are essentially the same game.

Let's clear thing out:

- Gran Turismo Concept 2001 Tokyo -> NTSC J release
- Gran Turismo Concept 2002 Tokyo -Seoul -> NTSC J release
- Gran Turismo Concept 2002 Tokyo-Geneva -> PAL and NTSC J Release

The differences? 2001 Tokyo has less cars than 2002 Tokyo-Seoul. 2002 Tokyo-Seoul has less cars than 2002 Tokyo-Geneva.
