does anyone know if any of these cars are tuneable and viable options to throw my bob's into an endurance race in? if not, i'll probably by it for photo mode anyway because it looks amazing, but will probably wait a bit if i can't start to earn back some of the price with b-spec... thanks!

You can add a few parts and bump up the horse power. It's not much, and it certainly won't be the fastest car on a straight, but man, it handles like a dream. She'll turn on a dime and give you 9 cents change, so her lap times are always pretty good.

The GT Race car by Citroen is an awesome car, but a bit pricey perhaps. Maybe the road version can be buffed to be as powerfull as the race version.

what are the drivetrains for them? I know the original concept is effective AWD, but what are the V8 prototype and race variants?

GT By Citroen Concept is a fun car, it can do nearly 200mph on reverse because of its 1 gear transmission. handles well too. it can do 270mph+ if your drafting behind a Bugatti Veyron online with high boost settings XD

i already have the race car as won in b-spec, so i'm not looking at buying another...
i'm looking at either the road car or the concept. both are 2 million, so it's not a question of price in choosing between the two.
the road car is a mid-engine v8, but isn't the concept an electric car?
could i even viably take the concept into an endurance race like suzuka 9-hour?
(i'll likely buy the road car first if the concept can't make it to the end of an endurance race, although i'll eventually have both en route to the mythical one thousand car garage - without falsely inflating totals with things like swapping cars between multiple accounts, of course.)
thanks!

Nope. The concept is good for 10-15 laps of Grand Valley Speedway depending on how you drive it, and as far as I know there's no recharging electric cars in GT5. It is, however, blisteringly fast.

It'll put a lot of race cars in it's electric wake. The problem is that it's just too smooth, you're entering a corner 50km/h faster than you think you are.

I am curious about these cars as well. Pleaser update with any info you have. Thanks.

I took the Race Version round the Ring yesterday to see what it was like . within 3 laps not going mad and it was running easy 6 min 22 Sec Laps .

update:
bought the road car, on the basis that i can't use the concept to run b-spec endurance races.
you don't get a paint chip.
when it comes to 'gt auto' you can repaint it, but you can't change or paint the rims and there's no available aero kit. (no big shocker or loss in regards to the aero kit.)
it can be tuned a bit to the mid-600hp range, but there's no further weight reduction, so it'll remain to be seen if my b-spec bobs can drive it and compete with the likes of the amuse s2000 gt1 turbo in an endurance race.
(now under 500k credits, so i'll have to save up for the concept. i doubt there's any tuning available, and there's likely little or no customization in 'gt auto' based on experience with the road car, but it should work nicely on non-endurance races that it qualifies for...)
