GT2 hybrids without a gameshark

Does anyone know if there is a program for a PC that doesn't have to have an emulator to run it that I could make hybrids for GT2 and GT1? My computer doesn't have a 3D card so I can run an emulator.

NVM now. Even thought this was months ago. I just broke down and got a gameshark!
