GT4 PhotoMode Competition: Week 19

Welcome to the 19th Week of the GT4 PhotoMode Competition.

Please read all rules. Inability to follow rules will result in disqualification from the competition.

• Do not use anyone else’s work. Only use your own.
• Do not use an entry from a previous competition.
• We are using a system in which the winner of a previous competition that chose the theme for this week, will also at the end of the week skim through and select their top 20 entries to be placed on the poll.
• Photoshop can be used to crop, resize, adjust brightness and contrast, and for adding text. Changing color curves or manipulating is prohibited.
• Post your final entry in RED letters. Such as “FINAL ENTRY”
  [*]Only one entry may be submitted, and it must be uploaded using Imageshack and have the thumbnail picture.

• Please Submit your Final Entry and no more than 2 Honorable Mentions.
• You will not ask others to choose your Final Entry.
• NEWA preview image may be used, but it may be no bigger than 300*400 pixels by either photo orientation. If one is used then no honorable mentions may be posted along with the entry. If no preview image is used then the regular honorable mention rules apply.

• The competitions will run in much the same manner as the other artistic competitions. The approximate deadline is:
  July 9th.

• This week’s competition will be restricted to "Nissan Skylines" as chosen by Week 17 winner Oliver_Newton.

• Cars: Any Skyline
  [*]Track: Any Track
  [*]If people choose to have more than one car in there shot, that's fine, but the focus MUST be on the skyline, or skylines if that's the case.

Correct. No photo travel, but you can use any track you want.

I'm also curious about two things that I couldn't find answers to in my searching:

1) What is the point of Honorable mentions?
2) Why is the changing of a person's Final Entry permitted?

BTW I really liked this theme, I didn't own a good Skyline before buying this
beast, it just LOVES Autumn Ring Mini!

I agree with MisterWeary. I think after you post your Final Entry, you will NOT be permitted to change it...Whats the point of having a Final Entry if everyone is going to just change it...???

There is really no problem with it as long as when the selector is browsing the entries, their final entry is clearly indicated. That's the main reason it's there.
