This week will give our brains some rest. No tuning, no opponent, no understeer to deal with...
Just you, a 3.6 liter V8 behind your shoulders and rock walls all around :mischievous:

I'll start it off with some T-times:

T1: 12.452
T2: 35.386
T3: 52.937 (probably lost .2 on the turn before)

Whattya say we squeeze this race in tonight Ben? :sly: Looks like a good combo!

Good to see I've got a head start then :mischievous:

I doubt I'll beat the lap I posted above by much, I think I fluked it

Oh dear lord... what do we have here... Last time he had a car this fast (787b) I got gold in that week. Hopefully I can keep that pace up, and the reverse of Trial Mountain is definitely a track I can get used to. It's basically my drifting track, interesting to see how the difference will be with +500hp.

Times to come...

Then again, it might take a while for me to get some times, being that I just got my 15" Macbook Pro today.

Oh ****.

I think I just creamed my pants. Oh wait. I'm not wearing any......

You better be ready for a 'tar change at the end of this week Colby.

I really like this combo. Although I never race this track it is growing on me. After about 7 or 8 laps I was remembering to brake for the first turn that comes out of nowhere. Not sure if I should be happy with these times or not but I did have fun.
13.703
37.928
57.783
I am really slow in T3. What line are you guys using

:odd: should be interesting

3 lap down (with TCS on for now)

13.1
36.4
54.4

plenty of time left yet, once i rip the TCS off and get used to understeer...

It's day 1397, the black Toyota is in the used car lot and I'm about 750,000 short.

Can I make that money up before it disappears? Do the endurance races take just 1 game day?

Hello guys,

It's my first post at this nice racing forum, already submit the WRS Qualifying race, so now what is supose to happen? Can I join this race? Or should I wait to be placed in a Division?

Cheers

Welcome GPKart 👍

Don't wait! Now that you've sent your qualifier time to Flat-Out, run this race submitting your time by next Tuesday. Flat-Out will probably assign you to a division on the results page next week.

Good Luck!

In fact he'll probably give you a division with this week's results which come out in about 12 hours. But regardless of that feel free to participate in this week's race, Once you've submitted a qualifier you can race immediately 👍

I've seen your name in GTWeb's Hour Shoot challenge, we could have some serious competition in Div one me thinks :sly:

Welcome and good luck!

Well I managed at last 1 clean lap on that race ...

Splits:
12.212
34.572
51.965

410kmh gearing and tcs off.. :)

Welcome GPKart btw. ;)

The black Toyota will come back every 700 days, and anyway, it's not available in Arcade Mode. So there's no hurry.

Welcome GPKart, as MisterWeary said, I'll place you in a division tonight, you can submit for week 64 in the Audi if you wish. You don't need to wait to be placed in a division before you can actually run.

And Colby, yeah, this is another fast guy joining us ;)

cyril, i could kiss you. the fastest car of the lot (check the 300 forum) on one of the best tracks of them all.
no special instructions on special track sections needed (grassmac, red dust, concrete slabs)?
i'll be with my own pc and ps tomorrow and start right on it.

Thanks guys!

I did try the Toyota last night with 360 max speed and no tcs.
My spilts so far:
12.648
34.975
52.617

Nice time you got there Tannis! :) 👍

About legal surfaces, since we have a power-to-weight ratio of exactly 1.000 it's better to allow all concrete areas, rumble strips, etc and forbid only grass and earth.
That means that the big concrete areas at the first chicane or inside the last tunnel are ok.

Toyata GT-1. Uh oh.

Look's like I'll have a nice new avatar next week. :scared:

Better go get some practice in. 👍

Flat-out
...no understeer...

No ****! :)

T1 13.456
T2 37.221
T3 55.528

Missed most of the apex' and braking points so I reckon there's still seconds left out there for me, wether or not I'll get them is another matter? :dunce:

TCS is on for now (and the rest of the week probably, ;) )and gears are at 340.

What've you got for me then Neil?

TCS at 1 should be enough, the rest is only skill in the thumb (for DS2 users, or wrist for DFP)
