In GT5 they only change based on their stock horsepower and weight a bit, due to racing components being more powerful and lighter. So it's both, you turn the car into racing car from GT Auto, then you turn that car into Gr. 4/Gr. 3/etc. performance in tuning shop by buying the other parts. At least gimme a reason why you disagree for that. Cheats will put you at constant advantage whenever there's a cap or not, like even for 20m cap, you can spend all the 20m cap, then exploit it again to gain 20m cap to spend it again, and repeat. I said I also hope for the car liveries like in PCars or AC to be implemented, but dunno about the racing sponsors' deal. [/QUOTE]
