It's a big pointless, unusable, gun. The keywords are 'big', 'pointless' and 'unusable'. The words pushing it away from sub zero are 'Stalin' and 'gun'. It would have been super, hyper, seriously uncool in the 1940s, but it isn't 1940s anymore.
 
Ugly. Unattractive. Uncool.

I would say oversized but that would ruin my "three U's" thing.
