I grew up watching Hee-Haw back when Roy Clark and Buck Owens were a-pickin' an' a-grinnin'. Clark's extraordinary talent on all stringed instruments, whether it was acoustic guitar, electric guitar, banjo, fiddle, or mandolin always amazed me. His warmth, charm and humor symbolized for me what country music was and should be. He will be missed.

I just binge watched Roy Clark and Gen Campbell on the weekend :guilty: On the guitar, banjo and fiddle Roy was an absolute legend in every sense of the word. The word is thrown around like peanuts to squirrels these days but Roy was the real deal. If you only know him as a funny guy from Hee Haw you owe it to yourself to find some of his YT content.
Simply amazing. Will be missed.
