Heavy penalty in Sport mode at Monza

finished in 8th but as the race finalised it kept dropping me down places until i was 16th

I pitted and changed tyres?? Where is the clear message from the matrix saying you must do this or suffer my deduction wrath?? Any answers??

Did you change tyre grades too - medium to hard, or hard to medium?
