i can start a drift but like right at the middle of the turn it seem like my car is gettin traction( the rx-7 fc-III) i got 377hp and normal tires is there somthin i am missin i read cuda mans guide and watch tons of videos i been practing for a month atleast and i finally able to consistenly start drift but i can never finish them???? :banghead: :banghead:

you are on normal tires... try sims or slicks... in those tires you should have no prob prolonging you drift with wheel spin if you should feel grip coming back... but i doubt it will happen... if you are drifting on normals i think slicks would probably suit your style... but if you have the same prob try super slicks and then sims... good luck... pm me if you need more help

if you read cudamans' manual you didn't follow it. his RX-7 is around 323hp with sim tires. try his exact setup and tell us how you do ;)

do u think i need more power slick are better but when i get to the middle it pushes the car into the inside of the trn and i hit the wall how do i stop this thanks alot for all the help

the gripper your tires are, the more power it's going to take to break them loose. if you want it to be more realistic (as far as horsepower numbers as well as the way the car performs) go with sim. most cars only require 2 or 3 engine modifications to have enough power to drift better than a 1000hp car with super soft tires

the RX-7 FC and Silvia S14 K's model have a lot of oversteer. its not really the car that determines how well you drift though.
