How do I link YouTube to COD Black Ops II

I cannot seem to get this right...

-I have saved an edited gameplay footage on my Xbox (3min worth)
-I have gotten on my Elite website both on the counsoul and computer and linked youtube to Call Of Duty
-I go to my YouTube account and dont see anything even remotely on getting my video
-When Im on my Elite profile I can see there is a video section in the "Vault" but nothing is there.

Am I doing it wrong or is it broken

I dont think so..How/where do I do that??

I have taken the full match and made a Highlight reel and saved it to a 3 minute film
