Ok...here's my idea. When you vote on a poll, you should have an options as to whether you want your vote to made public. If you vote yes, anyone can click on something when they vote that says "See Who's Voted". This would take them to a list of who has voted (and allowed it to be made public) and what their vote was!

This way, people can have privacy if they want, but you can see what people have voted for if you want!

This just proves that some people are looking for the popularity vote, and they're indecisive at the same time. I think you should know what you're voting for before you click the button.
