Image converter

Hi! Please help!
I need a program that can convert images between various of formats, including PDF to JPG.
It would be wonderful if it will be able to edit images as well.
Photoshop is too expensive and difficult for me!
Any suggestions?

You could try Photoshop Elements. It's simpler than Photoshop and is £30 whereas Photoshop is £500.
