Is GTC GT4 or GT3 part II?

GTC is like an expansion sort of for GT3. GT4 is a whole seperate game.

Yeah, it's sort of a Add-on/Mini Sequel.

GT4 is the next big beast to come out.

Definitely the latter. Even thought is a fab expansion pack they could have made some improvements, like the ability to use GT:C cars in GT3 or vice versa.

Yes, but the name of the game is Gran Turismo Concept... so it's obviously only supposed to have concept cars in it.

BTW, has anyone noticed that you can go off the track, and crash into the walls during the licence tests on GTC?

The only way you'll fail the licence tests is if your time is too slow.
