hi guys when gt5 came out i got normal version (no dlc cars) now im thinkin i should have got the (dlc cars) but if i bought that game would it keep my save adding steath cars to my garage or would i lose everything ??

You dont lose anything, saves, etc.
You just have to go to the psn and insert the codes. Then install the content.
The dlc's will be available to every account on that ps3.
You just have to look out for your account type (American, European, etc) because some DLC's only work on a specific account type.

BTW, if you want to have a try with installing dlc's. Try the jaguar from facebook. A free DLC
