Only from an iport dealer, it's a Japan only game.

Double-post, sorry. I'll add something to make it worthwhile...

If you want to buy the game, then it really doesn't matter which version you get, as the only differences are the text and speech in the 'school' tests.

I have the Chinese version, but I would rather have the Japanese version, just because I think it feels right for this game. However, I am too impatient, so I bought the Chinese version. There is minimal text in the game and thus it is simple to navigate even if you don't read the language.

It is also cheaper than most other games, as it is a 'stop-gap' game between GT3 and GT4. It cost me HK$197 from Toys R Us. This equates to US$25 or GBP14, which I think is a fair price.

Once you have completed all the 'school' tests, which will probably take about two evenings, then you have the 'arcade' mode to play with, plus any other special features that may be unlocked when you beat all the tests.

I doubt it will make it to America. The game has only three American cars in it.
