No worries, the poll made it's way to a F1 reddit thread so it's probably a done deal that we're getting another rocketship F1 car that will collect lots of dust in my garage. :guilty:
 
F1 cars are cool, I hope the F2004 is the free car (or the 1967 car, that was my favourite on TD:FRL) , if it is I might just be tempted to give it a try.

Agree they are cool and I'm a big F1 fan, but I hope none of the F1's from the last 15 years win the vote. I believe every decade will now have an F1 car from the 50s onwards, with the exception of the 90s. The 641 would bring a new experience. As would the 333SP, I suggest we lobby for A Ferrari pack 2 after this one.

Same here, F1 is my religion but I don't get much joy from driving the modern ones in AC, especially the hybrid one. Sure, the SF70H on paper is a fairly different car than the SF15T but how much of that would you notice in a sim? Probably not much, it's still going to look and feel pretty similar so IMO adding it would be a bit redundant compared to adding a some of the other cars. I also don't see it having a lot of use, I don't think the AI uses any of the hybrid controls so not much point in racing it offline and probably not many people are able to fully master all those controls and be competitive with it so racing it online wouldn't be much better. Just my opinion of course, seems like it would be a waste when so many better, more useful options are available.

Kunos should make 2 packs. One where they choose the 7 cars and one where the public chooses the other 7. No 599 GTO, Testarossa, or F40 LM in the list?!!!! Then the 360 Challenge Stradale if that's what they meant by "360 Challenge" or the 430 Scuderia or 550 Maranello. I would love to see the F355 but not the F1 Spyder.

The 1984 Testarossa is a voting option and the F40 LM is effectively in the game already as the F40 S3 (though not cosmetically).

The 360 Challenge is a race car version of the 360 Modena that was raced by Corse Clienti gentlemen in Ferrari's one-make race series. It's a proper race car, unlike the 360 Challenge Stradale, which was a spicier lightweight 360 Modena.

The 84 Testarossa is cool. I wasn't a fan of the single-side, high-mounted rear view mirror. I thought that's what they meant by "Challenge". I like those too though. I wish they just put the cosmetic version of the F40 LM in the game. So the the 458 S2 or S3 is a 458 Speaciale?

It's not the 360 Challenge Stradale but the 360 Modena Challenge race car. Check the link Kunos provided.

Besides, I'm pretty sure the 360 Modena and 1984 Testarossa weren't the surprises. The 488 GTE and F1 2017 are new to the poll since it reopened.
 
Sorry guys but I've voted for the 2017 F1 car. It's different enough from the 2015 car due to the regulation change. Also because of its complexity I feel like it can only be done by the in house team. The other cars can be done by modders if they're in demand.

I'm super biased towards open-wheelers. My vote is torn between the SF70H and the 641, because Prost. :crazy:

But I also want the F50, 488 GTE, and, well, all of them. I want all of them. Why do I have to choose just one?
 
I voted for the 79 F1 but I would love if the 512M, F50, or Enzo won. Or any of the other F1's.

Only cars I wouldn't be happy with are GT cars. Ac already has way too many GT cars, and GT cars are boring to begin.
 
The F50 is nice but I'll probably vote for the 2017 F1 car, more interesting and exciting than yet another oldschool supercar that will get driven for 30 mins and then gather dust forever.

The SF70H doesn't need your vote, the 641 needs a hero to save it though. Not voted yet as I'm waiting to see what looks like the 2 favorites but I'm more than prepared to vote for the 641 as the 333SP looks to have no chance.

Interesting though that Marco Massarutto replied to someone who was having difficulty choosing, he said now you see why its so hard for devs to choose which cars to add to their Sims. Which is why I say add all those damn Ferraris then.
 
I can't say I'm terribly interested in another F1 car, in all honesty I can't even say I'm terribly interested in a pack dedicated to Ferrari. I'd much rather see a new manufacturer license come through. (come on Kunos! Starts with R, ends with enault, and Alpine. :P I'm being as subtle as ever.) The last one was Porsche, and they got it before everyone else so maybe it was expensive, maybe we can cut them slack on that one. :P I don't know, I still voted, and I voted for the 512M because you can't go wrong with classic Le Mans cars. Unless you only like F1.

Agree, especially cars that are frequent in the forza franchise like the Enzo or the 355 Berlinetta. So I voted for the 575 GTC because it was one of my favorite cars in Ferrari Challenge: Trofeo Pirelli, it was either that or the 458 Challenge.
