Let's predict the Metacritic score of Forza 6.

I reckon it'll be in the mid to high 80's although I don't really like MC to base ratings of games.

You said:

You didn't say that was your score for the demo but for the game itself based on the demo.

Again
85 is what I give the demo, which until I play the full game is what I give FM6 by proxy, assuming the demo is representative of the final game

I'm not sure where it'll land, though I'd guess it'll be closer to the 360 games than to FM5. GTP's review should be arriving around the same time as other outlets, though... :D

84.

Expect complaints about the power-up/boost system and microtransactions.

Both of which are invalid pints of contest as the "mods" are completely optional and can be sold for in game credits for those who don't want to use them and there are no microtransactions.

There's no such thing as an invalid pint!

I must have got mixed up when I read the selling boosts thing, no need to be passive aggressive and think you're somewhat witty @FordGTGuy.

They might be optional but they'll still be mentioned most likely, hasn't stopped other optional things impacting scores no matter how much fans have moaned and cried over similar instances.

Still gunning for 84, (sorta) implented weather and a good car-list will be the most prominent praise.

The point is very much invalid, if it has to do with something that isn't part of the game. The mod cards are something I dislike as well, though. So I can see that being brought up.

He said 'pint'. I was making a joke, hence the smilie.

This is the dumbest thing I've ever heard, who the hell leaves a franchise because the new version, that is a launch title, had less content than the game that was the last of the franchise during the previous generation?

I left because they dropped multi-screen. Multi-screen worked on Xbox with Forza, and even worked on Xbox 360 running Forza in emulation mode. It worked in Forza 2, Forza3 and Forza 4.

It didn't have to work at launch time for Forza 5, but could have been added later, and I'd have still been happy.

It seems that there is no commitment to bringing it back in Forza 6, so I feel quite justified in dumping the Forza franchise.

80s. It restores the level of content you'd expect from a Forza game but doesn't add any significant or groundbreaking features. Night and weather almost don't count, as they are not dynamic unlike the series' two closest competitors. 24 car grids and the inclusion of mods will probably be looked upon favorably, but not enough to make 6 seem like a significant leap over any of its predecessors.

Night and rain don't count because others are doing dynamic versions?.... huh? How many of those others are doing dynamic weather in 1080p 60 fps locked on Xbox One?

If anyone doesn't think this game is a significant leap over Forza 5 then they are on drugs.

Drivatar is still unmatched AI and now they've finally been matured and can be limited in aggression.

It might not be dynamic but it should get major points for doing weather/night with 60 fps locked and 24 cars on track.

Eh, night and rain are still major features added to the franchise, it doesn't matter what everyone else is doing, for forza it's something that fans have been waiting for for a long time.
For GT7 for example having good AI and Sounds would be a major new feature, even if other racers have had better AI and sounds for more than 10 years. Some things are looked at within the confines of the series itself.

According to this we should be getting the first reviews in a matter of hours.

It wasn't an attempt at being witty, if mods affect the games score negatively than the reviewer needs bring it down a notch. They can't be used online and they automatically dirty any races you use them with. The mods can only be bought with in-game money and nothing else.

You even win mod packs with the spin system.

I'm tired of the "Turn 10 are taking advantages of us" attitude when they've been throwing in-game money at people like they are middle eastern princes since Forza 5.

Less than an hour now... Hey one thing guys at E3 didn't they mention that there would be a local split screen mode? What happened to that? I haven't heard anyone mention it lately.

They said there is split-screen and it's 60 fps.

Apparently, people with review copies right now are only allowed to show certain content; that might include split-screen. The review embargo seems to end the content-limitation for review copies to show off, expect tons of new content in the next 24 hours.
