Here is the complete story of the hacking. I myself am the one that came up with the infamous Power Rating bug which involoved tricking to not lower your PR when you uninstalled a part. This could get you to ridiculously high PR, and allowing you to win any race. I made a bad mistake by posting the method on the forums. Eventually a person who's name I will not mention private messaged me. I shared the bug with him and we started abusing it. We were able to pink slip and take many cars to raise our ranks. We were in the top 100 or so and around the last 2 days, another new bug was found not by me but by someone else. It involved selling a car when you didn't have that car. We abused this bug so bad, we were actually at rank 1. All of the people got banned though at the end. We both made new accounts and abused the PR bug and ranked ourselves in the top 10 the next period. While we were working our way up to the top 3, my partner got and I both were banned again, and my partner was nearly sued for $50,000. This was realized by his cable company and his company cut his internet down. Now he stays away from the game, but apparently I have been forgiven as my account is unbanned and I am playing completly legit at ranked 24.
