@GTveteran it all depends if there's the possibility to add the required color(s) to make the numbers or not. A lot of cars don't have numbers because the limitations in the amount of colors is to much (16colors max per palette for any given part of the body)

Please note the part of my post that said 'known accurate data'. With no sources to verify them, these are just any old estimates off the internet. To explicitly say that PD's numbers are wrong and other data is right, some serious proof for that data is needed - PD at least had some sort of manufacturer sources for a lot of cars. A single peak power figure is also not all that useful - as mentioned it's the torque curve that matters.
Ok. How will I find it going.@Jerzyk i understand you're wanting to help, but pez is asking for accurate sources, not just data like this
And as he said, an actual torque curve graph would be the best way to recreate a car's engine specs, as a number doesn't convey how an engine works.
Here you have the Escort technical data real life
Any chance port Gt2 ntsc soudtrack for Gt2 Pal-M ?
Great work on this! Any time frame for the north american version of the game to be released?
And about the GT40 in the 2nd Historic Cup race, bug or intentional?
That's not a bug, PD deliberately included that car as an opponent. As it's a famously challenging event but still legitimately beatable with several different cars, I've not changed it.
Hey Pez, gotta ask you something... You pretend to put back the cars you removed due to the limitations on the ISO? Skyline V-Spec N1, 155, etc.
Removing the unused models or something like that doesn't release some space? Since I don't know how it works, I was curious about theses things. And other thing, the other paint schemes like the Exxon GT-One will still be in game? Since those don't exist in real life, could be another color option for the cars instead of another model? Or remove them from the game to release some space, I don't know? Thanks in advance, man and good luck with the new update!
Not the vanilla one, another version that was added in an earlier build. He removed due to limitations on the ISOwait, the mod deletes the 155?
In the future, if it's possible, it could be great have some cars of first Gran Turismo like S14 Silvia LM edition, the red/black Honda NSX-R GT-1 Turbo, Acura NSX-R LM GT2 (the Acura version of this car), Toyota Chaser LM Edition or the purple/yellow Dodge Concept Car LM Edition.
...
Other thing that you could do is allow Sileighty and Nismo 270R to enter in the manufacturing Silvia/200SX event. And Clio 16V (despite it's slower than V6) to enter in the Clio Cup.
Besides, in the Arcade disk there are some "rally cars" like Toyota Celica...
I know that exists limits due to CD ISO size of PSX, but maybe it's possible to create a variant of the mod in a non common size ISO (like CD-R 800MB) only to work on PC emulator which includes the full features and cars.
Another proposal is to expand the garage spaces to have more than 100 cars, even if it means it occuppy more gamesave memory card blocks.
To elaborate further on these few points: I do plan to do cars like the Silvia LM, but won't be including the Acura NSX-R GT2 or the old Concept Car LM because they're both fictional and very similar to existing cars. The game has a limit on the number of cars that it can handle, so I'd rather bring back more unique cars.
I think you misunderstood his post, Pez2k is referring to the "Acura" NSX-R LM GT2, not the actual Honda NSX-R LM GT2. He already has the real, Honda version included in his mod.NSX-R GT2 is very much real. It's a totally different car compared to the JGTC NSXs or even the GT1 Turbo in the Japanese version of GT1.

In the US Version of Gran Turismo 1, Polyphony Digital decided to mark every JDM, Honda NSX as Acuras for localization reasons including the NSX-R LM GT2. Which makes no sense as the NSX-R (as you just showed) was always marked as a Honda.
Please, add the Drag Race mode (fan-version), some removed tracks like Monte-Carlo and some removed cars like Rover Mini 1.3 Euro Edition, Peogeot 406 TOCA, Ford Escort 1.8 etc.
Okay, then try to add CLK Race Car and NSX-R LM GT2 as possible opponents in All Stars events.Drag race mode is completely non-existent, there's nothing there to restore. Monte Carlo is a long way from being a finished track, and nobody has figured out how to do the huge amounts of art work that would be needed. The Escort is also completely missing, the Mini is effectively the same as the Mini 1.3i already in the game, and the TOCA 406 is already in as the 406 RM.
Long story short, most of those are more like things that PD never made than things they cut, so it's less a matter of restoring them and more making them from scratch, which in certain areas is a long way past what is currently possible to do.
