what a fun race yesterday
I would describe the relationship with my rear tires as fractious at best, but that didn't stop me from having a blast. Great and fair racing with @half_sourly and then @Napalm_LT later on 👍

I'm too scared to watch that! A few minor mistakes and then one that I thought would be minor until it took me about twenty seconds to get back onto the track...

Sonoma, it's certainly not very forgiving of the slightest mistake. I qualified midfield and then driving fairly steadily I mainly benefited from mistakes and misfortunes by those ahead to gain places. I had a couple of on sand experiences, one of my own making and the other caused by a lag spike just at the wrong moment. @beachboy6658 was closing in my mirror towards the end.
3rd behind @AndreasR and @jammy21, that's like a win.
What happened @lancerevoo? You seemed to be having difficulty. Very tricky around there with a controller I expect.
Good to have @WiSchmo and @Napalm_LT back with us. 👍

As much as I like it in my short races on Fridays they are in more controllable cars. At less than a minute a lap 35ish times around there in the Mustang might just be a little much! Texas road coarse, which incorporates much of the infield, would be a better choice IMO. It'd be less chaotic and you'd get them into 6th gear at last.

I was playing on a small tv for the first time and driving this car for the first time and i don't know the track . This might be of interest for the British drivers in our championship. The British GT championship has finally gone underway at Oulton Park. It's quite interesting from a sim racers perspective as James Baldwin, winner of McLaren's World's Fastest Gamer, is driving a McLaren 720S for Jenson Button's team. It will be his first real life racing experience, apart from a pre-season and pre-corona test at Paul Ricard.

Morning yes sorry jammy I did have a wheel problem the jack plug came out of the wheel lost pedals and correct was slightly lost on track trying to fix errors. You did win and I pulled into pit to end race not chuffed.
