ok so i did the diablo code put everytime i go to check in the garage or race it my game frezes wats going on?

U most likely either got bad codes, or have entered something wrong. Try entering one part code at a time and see if any work.

These are the codes for the Diablo, I don't have the Porsche, but I can get them. The thing about the Porsche, is that it is not upgradeable, or tradable/saleable, so your better off buying an RGT and putting the 911 body on it.

Here is the Body and a couple color codes for the Porsche. Try these with an RGT in the 1st slot.

Once U are happy with the car, and if U are sure U want to keep it, U can change the name to the proper name for the body with the following code. Keep in mind that once U do the car will become untradable/unsaleable, and as soon as U purchase or win another car U will be unable to change the name back so U will be stuck with the car, unless U sell all the cars above it in the garage, bringing it back to the top so U can change the name back.

I'm pretty sure they work with the greatest hits version. Are U using a GS2, or codebreaker? If GS2, try just one code like the engine and see if it freezes. Also make sure U have no other codes on like money or tire wear codes.

I'm sorry if this is off-topic, but are you saying you can edit the names of the hybrids? As in, if I create an Impreza 2.5RS, can I get it to list it as "Impreza 2.5RS" in the game? Or am I just thinking wrong?

U can only change the name to one that is already available in the game. What I meant was when he puts the Porsche 911 body on the RGT, he can change the name of the car in the garage from RGT to 911(996)GT3, which is the name that goes with that body. Of course he could change it to Vertigo race car as well. As long as it's a name that's on the disc.

Well U can have a car with the Diablo body, and name it Beetle RSI. But then U already know that since U use MK's

actually i didnt know about the name changes never messed with it because i didnt think it was a big thing but i dont think it really has a cool factor to it unless they let me inter the beetle cup with the thing.........cant wait for them to ship my ps2 back

Yes, it would allow U to enter the Beetle Cup, or changing the name to Altezza would let U into the Altezza races. Also, if U took say an F094/s and changed the name to Altoworks, U can go to the tuneshop in the game and buy the Altoworks Upgrades fot the F094/s.

No, the length, width, height and weight are all controlled by the chassis. Sometimes by swapping a chassis in that is a similar wheelbase, but a different length or width, it can change the look of the car.

And yes, that is correct about the Escudo thing, I only used the Altoworks as an example cuz the stage 3 turbo is one of if not the single largest HP upgrades in the game.

Just so U know, if U put the mini body on a cl600 chassis, what will happen is the tires won't line up with the wheel wells, and it's not possible to have more or less than 4 wheels

OK that makes more sense, but I believe the largest wheels are 20", from the Z concept.
