need help with a hybrid

hey guys, i tried to build monster hybrid with 450,000+hp, and all it would do was spin(duh...). i read about someones zexel that would doaround 13 sec on the test track. that's what i'm after. i have a gs2 and the 1st gt3. help would be great, thanks.

I built a Zexel with 600000hp, and it did 1000m in 13s - not the entire Test Course...

That much power just isn't usable. Stay under 10000. Please.
