NTSC / PAL select in Prologue?

Greetings All

I've got a PAL version of GT4 Prologue , but they guy who sold it to me said it was selectable to NTSC in option menu. (is this true?)

I only have NTSC setup and I can't find the option menu to select between NTSC and PAL. (Darn tv just flickers tooooo fast for me to try to read!)

Does anyone have a copy of Prologue that is NTSC/PAL selectable?

Any input is appreciated! Thanks- can't wait to see the game (not flicker)

nope a PAL disc will never work on a NTSC. The guy who sold you the discs pulled a fast one.

The issue is the TV and the different between PAL and NTSC (scan lines). To play the PAL disc you need a PAL PS2 and a PAL TV.

EDIT: I would think maybe Radio Shack has some kind of digital decoder that will allow the PAL signal to render correctly on an NTSC TV. If not they would be the ones to ask about it. But to play a PAL disc don't you need a PAL PS2?
