PAL or NTSC: Which should I buy?

Are there any major differences between the PAL version and the NTSC other than the Resistance with the wheels in the PAL copy? Im debating over which copy to buy and was going to go ahead and Import the PAL copy but wanted to check and make sure... Would you guys reccomend buying the PAL for the resistance? Its only a little more and im willing to pay the little bit extra for the resistance. I Know that i won't be able to play against US players online but thats no biggie. And just to rest my mind, It will work with my PS3 if i buy it, right?

US and PAL are the same as far as I can tell .. 'resistance' in both, no FFB in both.
[maybe faster tire wear Online in the PAL version, not sure, yet]

PAL always has more players online. though.
