can do it with psp7, just mess about with layers and stuff...

the dubs aren't the best........but still good. And the roofs a little smudged. Sorry if i sound like an ass, just trying to help ya

 

oh i know.. i only spent like 10 minutes on it.... i was just tryin to be quick and it wastn the best quality pic to begin with anyways

 

I mhave Photo Shop(donno version, it came with the new Dell)and when I go to the Layer Tab, it only shows 1 layer, and that is the whole pic. How do I get more layers, like the car as 1 layer and stuff?

 

click add layer? .. the button looks like a peice of paper with the bottom corner folded
