Has anyone figured out the maximum amount of fuel you can add during a pit stop without it costing extra "fuel" time? That is--once the tires are mounted, you're ready to roll, and not waiting on fuel.

thanks

hmmm it can be worked out by doing the indy endurance race in B spec and leaving it for as many laps as it takes to run out of fuel. When they pit in time how long is takes to fill up an empty tank. From that you can work out the amount of litres per second. Of course time how long the car is having its tires changed and you can work it out from there.

I think its 2 litres per second. The tire changes last 10 seconds i think so it should be around 20 litres of fuel roughly. Try and it and let me know.

sweet, thanks. I knew I could sit there and figure it out with trial and error, or time it like Stune suggested, but figured someone on here had already been down that road
